    Mike "Daarken" Lim

    The Original Magic Art Store is honored to host products illustrated by artist Mike "Daarken" Lim. We are launching with one of his Playmats and will be adding even more in the future.

    Daarken is an illustrator and concept artist and has been working in the gaming industry since 2004. 

    Back in 2006 he started his Magic: The Gathering career and has since created more than 170 Magic illustrations. He has also concepted many of the Magic blocks, including Innistrad, Kaladesh, Khans of Tarkir, Ixalan, and several upcoming blocks. 

    In addition to creating concepts for Magic: The Gathering, he has also created concepts for companies such as Valve, Gearbox, Id Software, Riot Games, Crytek, and many others. 

    When not creating illustrations or concept art, Daarken teaches an online mentorship.
